Bagio ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how that information is used, what permissions are requested, and your rights regarding your data.
Bagio is a local-first handbag collection and activity tracking utility. The App is designed so that your personal handbag records remain primarily on your own device. No account registration is required to use the App.
Bagio does not require user registration and does not require you to create an online account.
The information you choose to create inside the App may include:

Bagio is designed with a local-first architecture.
Unless otherwise stated within the App, your handbag collection, activity timeline, photographs, voice notes, preferences, and other user-generated content are stored locally on your device.
The App does not require cloud synchronization in order to function.
If you delete the App, locally stored information may also be removed unless you have backed up your device using Apple's backup services.
Bagio does not require account registration.
We do not ask for:
You may begin using the App immediately after installation.
If you choose to import or capture photographs, those images may be associated with handbag records or activity records that you create.
Photo access is requested only when you explicitly choose to:
You may deny photo access at any time.
The App will continue to function without photo permission, although photo-related features will be unavailable.
Camera permission is requested only when you tap the option to capture a new photograph.
The camera is used solely for creating handbag or activity images that you intentionally capture.
The App does not access the camera in the background.
Bagio allows optional voice notes to be attached to activity records.
Microphone permission is requested only after you tap the Record button.
Voice recordings remain associated with your activity records and are stored locally on your device unless you remove them.
The App never records audio without your explicit action.
The App may request notification permission after the application becomes active for the first time.
Notifications are optional.
If permission is granted, the App may send reminders related to your handbag collection or activity tracking.
You may disable notifications at any time in the iOS Settings application.
Bagio may request App Tracking Transparency authorization where required by iOS.
This permission is completely optional.
If shown, the system dialog only appears when the authorization status is Not Determined.
Granting or denying this permission does not affect the core functionality of the App.
Where permitted by your device settings and applicable laws, anonymous performance information may be used to understand application stability, improve usability, diagnose crashes, and enhance future versions of the App.
This information is not intended to identify you personally.
Bagio offers optional consumable in-app purchases processed through Apple's StoreKit framework.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple.
We do not receive your payment card information.
Available purchases provide consumable Points that may be used to unlock additional handbag records and additional activity records beyond the included free allowance.
Points do not expire.
Purchase history and Points balances are visible within the App.
New users currently receive the following free allowance:
Editing existing handbags or activities does not consume Points.
To demonstrate features during first launch, Bagio may include sample handbags, sample activities, and demonstration content.
Sample content exists only to help users understand how the application works.
Users may remove sample content at any time.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not rent your information.
We do not publicly publish your handbag records.
We do not operate a social network inside the App.
We do not provide marketplace services for buying or selling handbags.
We do not provide authentication, valuation, resale, brokerage, or appraisal services.
We may disclose information only when required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental request.
The App may rely upon Apple system frameworks to provide certain functionality, including but not limited to:

We take reasonable measures to help protect information processed by the App.
However, no storage method or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device through passcodes, Face ID, Touch ID, or other available security features.
Your locally stored records remain available until you delete them, remove the App, or erase your device.
Because Bagio does not require an account, we generally cannot restore deleted local data.
Bagio is not specifically directed toward children under the age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account system because the App does not require user registration.
The App may be used in multiple countries.
Local laws regarding privacy, consumer protection, and digital services may differ depending on your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The revised version becomes effective once published within the App or on the official policy page.
